CODE OF CONDUCT
HQ Rules
Respect
Treat members, staff and visitors with respect.
Harassment, bullying, threats and abusive behaviour are not acceptable.
Follow Legitimate Orders
Members must follow reasonable instructions from authorised staff and commanders.
Abuse of authority is not acceptable.
Conduct
Members must maintain appropriate behaviour while representing HABBO BAF.
Activity & Duty
Members are expected to attend required duties and meet activity expectations.
Do not falsely claim attendance or duty.
Training
Members must complete required training where applicable.
Training records must remain accurate.
Rank & Promotion
Ranks are earned through the official HABBO BAF progression system.
Do not demand, fake or manipulate promotions.
Pay
Members must meet stated duty requirements for pay eligibility.
False duty claims or attempts to manipulate pay may result in disciplinary action.
Permission Abuse
Do not misuse administrative, personnel, training, security or other permissions.
Website Exploitation
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, rank restrictions, database protections or other security controls.
False Information
Do not provide false Habbo usernames, fake records, false duty information or misleading evidence.
Staff Conduct
Staff must use their authority fairly and professionally.
Discipline
Possible disciplinary actions include: Warning, Written Warning, Payban, Suspension, Removal from Role, Base Ban, Organisation Removal.
Significant disciplinary actions must be recorded and auditable.
Pay Policy
- ▸HC rewards are paid through HABBO BAF's scheduled pay system for eligible active service.
- ▸Pay duty: be active 1 hour before and 1 hour after scheduled pay. Failure without a valid reason = Payban at the next pay.
- ▸Duty is verified and logged by authorised staff — the website does not track activity inside Habbo.
- ▸Pay status (Eligible, Paid, Payban) is kept separate from duty records.
Promotion Policy
- ▸Promotions depend on activity, conduct, training, performance and leadership — never on who you know.
- ▸Ranks Corporal to Senior Colonel may promote up to the rank immediately below their own.
- ▸Brigadier, Major General and Lieutenant General promotions require Board approval via Discord, recorded by the Founder.
- ▸Every rank change is checked by the server and recorded in the audit log.
Training Policy
- ▸Required training must be completed where applicable.
- ▸Only Second Lieutenant and above can approve training completions.
- ▸Training records must remain accurate; falsifying them is a disciplinary matter.
Appeals Policy
- ▸Members may appeal a base ban, role removal, removal from HABBO BAF, suspension or another significant disciplinary action.
- ▸Each appeal receives a BAF-CASE number and is private to the member and authorised staff.
- ▸Statuses: New → Under Review → Awaiting Information → Decision Made → Closed.
- ▸Submitting an appeal does not remove the punishment. All decisions are audited.
Complaints Policy
- ▸Members may privately complain about staff or member behaviour, unfair treatment, pay, training, promotions, abuse of authority, security or other concerns.
- ▸Complaints are private: members never see other people's complaints.
- ▸Authorised staff review, respond and record a final decision.
Privacy / Data Handling
- ▸We store your exact Habbo username, public Habbo avatar and motto, rank, division, role and HABBO BAF service records.
- ▸We never ask for or store your Habbo password. Your Staff Portal password is handled by our secure sign-in system.
- ▸Case messages, evidence and disciplinary records are only visible to you (where relevant) and staff authorised to handle them.
- ▸Important administrative changes are recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited.

HABBO BAF exists solely within the Habbo Hotel roleplay community.
This Fan Site is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Sulake Oy or its Affiliates. This Fan Site may use the trademarks and other intellectual property of Habbo, which is permitted under Habbo Fan Site Policy.
