Appeal a base ban, role removal, removal from HABBO BAF, suspension or other significant disciplinary action.
- ▸Members may appeal a base ban, role removal, removal from HABBO BAF, suspension or another significant disciplinary action.
- ▸Each appeal receives a BAF-CASE number and is private to the member and authorised staff.
- ▸Statuses: New → Under Review → Awaiting Information → Decision Made → Closed.
- ▸Submitting an appeal does not remove the punishment. All decisions are audited.
How to submit
Log in to the HABBO BAF Staff Portal with your Habbo username and password, then open Appeals & Complaints. You'll get a BAF-CASE number and can follow progress and reply to staff there. If you can no longer log in, contact HABBO BAF command through Discord.
