HABBO BAF Complaints
Raise a private concern about behaviour, treatment, pay, training, promotions, authority or security.
- ▸Members may privately complain about staff or member behaviour, unfair treatment, pay, training, promotions, abuse of authority, security or other concerns.
- ▸Complaints are private: members never see other people's complaints.
- ▸Authorised staff review, respond and record a final decision.
How to submit
Log in to the HABBO BAF Staff Portal with your Habbo username and password, then open Appeals & Complaints. You'll get a BAF-CASE number and can follow progress and reply to staff there. If you can no longer log in, contact HABBO BAF command through Discord.
